Critical growth with a protected handoff
Give Zoryx room for repeated attacks. Rochelon takes pressure and clears its own ailments, while Rainbowdeer buys time with its entry Attack reduction. Choose the opening member by type matchup.
Rotation
- Open with Rainbowdeer when the matchup permits its entry Attack reduction.
- Use its switching attack to bring in Zoryx; retain enough Energy for the next attack.
- Check Attack stages after the entire skill resolves. Switch to Rochelon when you need to absorb pressure or clear its ailments.
Weaknesses
Critical hits are uncertain. Budget damage without assuming every hit will crit. A partner's self-cleanse does not cleanse your attacker.
Substitutions
Replace Rainbowdeer with Nimbuselk when squad cleansing matters, and change the selected skill accordingly. Replacing Rochelon also removes your main defensive slot.

Protects the active allied Lumi from the next enemy skill's damage and debuff. The protection ends if that Lumi leaves the field.

Prepare the Spirit cycle before the finisher
Fistune advances the Flicker cycle with Flicker Assist. Geniphant takes over when you need recovery, leaving Unicorn to attack after its signature's cost falls. Keep the supporting members alive during setup.
Rotation
- Start with Fistune and use Flicker Assist according to current Flickergy and HP.
- Bring in Geniphant for relief. Use its sleep-and-heal skill only while awake and when recovery is needed.
- Read Unicorn's displayed signature cost and bank that Energy before switching it in.
Weaknesses
An early support knockout slows the cycle. Flickergy, ordinary Energy and Spirit-skill casts are separate requirements. Check the signature's current cost before switching in the attacker rather than counting casts alone.
Substitutions
Rainbowdeer can replace Geniphant for entry Attack reduction, giving up the elephant's self-recovery and sleep interactions. Keep Flicker Assist and the main attacker.

Protects the active allied Lumi from the next enemy skill's damage and debuff. The protection ends if that Lumi leaves the field.

Unicorn → 03 Team playbookDragon Weather PressureLeech setup with a Storm windowTraditional Chinese · PvP

Leech setup with a Storm window
Floragon applies Leech, Regaffin creates the Storm window, and Charigon uses entry Defense reduction to prepare piercing attacks. Save Energy for the attack that follows your weather change.
Rotation
- Check whether Floragon can safely apply Leech; switch immediately out of a poor type matchup.
- Set Storm with Regaffin, retain Energy for follow-up attacks and watch for opposing weather changes.
- Bring in Charigon for entry Defense reduction when you need direct damage, then select its piercing attack.
Weaknesses
An opposing weather change weakens the Storm window. Charigon reduces the target it meets on entry; reassess when that target switches.
Substitutions
Florwyn can take the Leech role. Replacing Regaffin with Xuan Wu changes the team into a defensive Rain plan and requires a different rotation.

The active allied Lumi's next skill deals 80% more damage. This bonus ends if that Lumi leaves the field.

Snow setup into higher enemy costs
Rimedeer establishes Snow and Frostbite. While active, Skollfang turns those stacks into higher enemy skill costs. Bowlguin can add more stacks under Snow to restrict the opponent's timing.
Rotation
- Set Snow with Rimedeer and check which targets retain Frostbite.
- Bring in Skollfang for its active-field tax. Its signature spreads ailments only if that attack knocks out the target.
- Before using Bowlguin to add stacks, check that Snow remains and retain Energy for the next switch.
Weaknesses
The wolf's active-field tax does not continue from the bench. Three Ice members share defensive problems; cleansing and weather replacement also interrupt setup.
Substitutions
If Fire, Fighting or Steel pressure is overwhelming, replace Bowlguin with Rainbowdeer for entry Attack reduction. Keep the Snow setter and cost-pressure core.

Protects the active allied Lumi from the next enemy skill's damage and debuff. The protection ends if that Lumi leaves the field.

Keep mitigation or spend stacks to finish
Florwyn supplies Leech and Defense reduction. Lilirius gives Leech a damage-reducing role, while Pterolux attacks around the Attack/Defense stage gap. Decide whether to preserve stacks or spend them for recovery and damage.
Rotation
- Use Florwyn's signature when it can safely stack Leech and reduce Defense.
- Use Lilirius for extra cost pressure; compare stages before attacking with Pterolux.
- Before Lilirius's signature, count Leech only on active enemies. Prepare to reapply it after the stacks are consumed.
Weaknesses
Spending Leech early also removes its damage mitigation. Divine enemies bypass the relevant non-Divine cost and stage-adjustment effects.
Substitutions
Otterknight can take the finishing slot for personal ailment immunity and direct attacks, giving up stage adjustment. Keep a reliable Leech source.

Protects the active allied Lumi from the next enemy skill's damage and debuff. The protection ends if that Lumi leaves the field.

Pterolux → 06 Team playbookRain Cost WindowRain discounts with an Attack-reduction pivotJapan · PvP

Rain discounts with an Attack-reduction pivot
Xuan Wu starts Rain so Shriegon - Variant can attack at a lower cost. Rainbowdeer provides entry Attack reduction and a self-cleanse. Use the discount for tempo; calculate the extra damage condition separately.
Rotation
- Start Rain with Xuan Wu when its type matchup permits, then switch to the attacker.
- Read the actual cost: seven minus two is five. The extra damage requires a cost below four; four still fails.
- Recalculate after weather replacement or cost increases. Use Rainbowdeer when entry Attack reduction or its self-cleanse is needed.
Weaknesses
Rain alone cannot reach the below-four threshold. Xuan Wu's signature also clears Burn from the field, which conflicts with plans that need enemy Burn to remain.
Substitutions
Otterknight can replace Rainbowdeer against ailments, giving up entry Attack reduction. Keep a Rain setter when changing the attacking slot.

Protects the active allied Lumi from the next enemy skill's damage and debuff. The protection ends if that Lumi leaves the field.

Trade HP before the King's finish
Blazelym and Umbralym offer explosions of different types. Save Royal Slime to turn defeated allied slimes into stronger signature attacks. Before committing a member, check that the survivors can handle the remaining opponents.
Rotation
- Choose the first slime according to the target's type and remaining HP.
- An explosion knocks out its user. Commit only when the HP trade is useful and the attack can connect.
- Keep Royal Slime healthy and choose its signature according to the actual number of defeated slimes.
Weaknesses
Each sacrifice removes a switching and resistance option. After both partners fall, a three-member rotation is no longer available.
Substitutions
Use Finlym in one explosion slot for Water coverage. The replacement must be an evolved form with its explosion learned; an unevolved slime cannot fill that job.

Protects the active allied Lumi from the next enemy skill's damage and debuff. The protection ends if that Lumi leaves the field.

Preserve sleep for the stage or follow-up branch
Meteofly - Variant enters Asleep, then uses its signature to wake and process its stat stages. Psykat offers a one-time low-HP rescue, while Nimbuselk supplies squad cleansing when needed. Keep cleansing separate from the sleep setup.
Rotation
- After Meteofly - Variant enters, check that it remains Asleep.
- Before its signature, add its Attack and Defense stages: a sum of seven or less takes the growth branch; above seven takes the extra-attack branch.
- Finish actions that require sleep before deciding whether to use Nimbuselk to cleanse the squad.
Weaknesses
Cleansing sleep first removes the signature's sleep condition. Psykat's low-HP rescue is not a repeatable healing loop.
Substitutions
Rainbowdeer can replace Nimbuselk for entry Attack reduction and self-cleansing, losing squad-wide removal. The normal moth is not an identical substitute for the variant signature.

Protects the active allied Lumi from the next enemy skill's damage and debuff. The protection ends if that Lumi leaves the field.

Enemy ailment damage supports repeated attacks
Solitinja poisons the opposing squad. While it remains alive in your team, ailment damage to the current enemy returns Energy. Infernadra adds Burn and Defense reduction, and Nimbuselk provides a cleansing exit for your own squad.
Rotation
- Apply Poison with Solitinja's signature and keep it alive.
- Add Burn with Infernadra. Check that the current enemy is actually taking ailment damage.
- Use Nimbuselk when control or lowered stages disrupt your rotation.
Weaknesses
The Energy trigger is enemy ailment damage, not poisoning your own member. Enemy cleansing, immunity or the core's knockout weakens the loop.
Substitutions
Glasnake can replace Infernadra using its Poison move to retain ongoing ailments. You lose Burn-linked Defense reduction, so reassess damage.

Electric pivots into a sleep attack window
Zaphound applies entry Paralysis and switches with Thunder Flash. Flufferfly supplies active sleep, giving Psykat a window against an Asleep enemy. Watch the target's current state before committing damage.
Rotation
- Enter safely with Zaphound for Paralysis, then use Thunder Flash to attack and leave.
- Use Flufferfly to put the current target Asleep and confirm it succeeds.
- Check Energy and the target's state before Psykat attacks. Its sleep-consuming strike wakes the enemy, so plan the next control application.
Weaknesses
Early sleep removal or immunity removes the conditional damage window. Frequent switching also depends on keeping the core members alive.
Substitutions
Glasnake can replace Flufferfly with its sleep move. This preserves active sleep but changes your type coverage and recovery options.

Turn a preset into your own team
Each recorded team is useful because it shows a shared battle idea, not because every name must be copied. Read the trainer skill and team theme first, then inspect the available member profiles for their actual trait and skills.
When your roster differs, replace a missing member with a Lumi that preserves the job: coverage, status support, weather support, switch pressure, or a finishing role. Check that the replacement does not repeat the same weakness.
