How to Get Lumi: Maps, Eggs, Evolution and Rewards
Check whether your target comes from a map, an evolution, an egg, a Lumidex reward or a task before spending resources. Match the map, season and exact form to your account region.
Choose the route before searching
On Global, exploration, eggs and the market are common acquisition routes. Some species require evolution, a Lumidex milestone or a limited task. Check availability in your account region.
| Route | Required check | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Map encounter | Correct map, season and target form | Searching a Main Story map for an S1 species. |
| Evolution | Starting form and the displayed evolution requirements | Treating a family connection as a wild spawn. |
| Egg | Eligible species, quality and selection rules | Assuming every egg can hatch the desired species. |
| Lumidex reward | Region, quality and reward milestone | Completing Rainbow while the reward requires Starcolor. |
| Return to Stars / event | Open task, required submissions or exchange currency | Treating a limited reward as a permanent encounter. |
Find and catch a map Lumi
In Japan, use the compass at the bottom of the exploration screen to progress and trigger encounters. Florlet appears in “Dragon Forest”. Open the matching map and check its unlock conditions on your account.
- Read the target profile's acquisition conditions and check the account region.
- Open the matching map or season if it is available on your account.
- Explore until the target appears, then check its quality and your selected catch card.
- Use the capture action. In Japan, PERFECT multiplies the displayed catch probability by 1.5 and GOOD by 1.2; these are multipliers, not fixed success rates.

Claim collection and Return to Stars rewards
In Japan, Lilirius requires completing the Main Starcolor Lumidex. Otterknight comes from the Return to Stars task “Knight's Oath”. Check the required milestone or task before continuing ordinary-map catches.
On Global, open tasks through Starlit Tree / Stellarize and choose Starter, Daily, Challenge or Event. Read the required Lumi and reward, then review the selected individuals before submitting: submitted Lumi leave your roster.

Eggs and market purchases
Check the egg selection list before opening it. A guaranteed quality does not guarantee a named species unless that species is offered.
On Global, market purchases use coins. Hatched or evolved individuals are bound. Check the listing, individual stats and binding status before confirming; the price depends on the current listing.
Check the season and exact form
Check the map name, season and unlock requirements in the in-game Lumidex. For event rewards, open the active event and read its claim conditions.
Keep the exact form or variant name when searching. A normal form and a reward variant may follow different acquisition routes.
Check a purchase against your goal
Before buying a Lumi, inspect that individual’s origin, bound status and any restrictions shown for the action you want to perform. Check collection registration, star-up eligibility and resale separately.
If a task asks for a particular origin, rarity or form, match those exact requirements before buying or submitting an individual. Keep the intended battle and work members out of a submission selection.
