Lumi Master: Cannot Release or Sell a Lumi
Start with the exact message shown by the game. Release, sale and task submission have different conditions.
Read the blocked action
Note which individual and which action are blocked. Open that individual and read any lock, bound or protection indication before changing a team.
If the message names a team assignment, inspect saved teams in each battle mode you have unlocked. Checking only the team currently on screen may miss another saved lineup.
Check eligibility for that action
Read the conditions for release, sale or the specific submission. A Lumi suitable for one action may not qualify for another. Keep a member you still use out of the confirmation selection.
Traditional Chinese accounts: the October 19 update prevents Rare Lumi from being released, submitted to Stellarization or sold. This restriction is separate from a team assignment.
If the message remains
Return to the individual after changing the relevant assignment. If the same message remains, record the wording and the unavailable mode or menu. Use the game’s support channel with those details.
Do not spend another item or discard a different individual to test whether a blocked action will work.
